RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your JamieFabulous.com purchase. Return label and details are on printed invoice in your package. Please note items return after this date will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers shipping expense. The original shipping method charged is not refundable. An $8 shipping fee will be deducted from refund total.
Clothing must be unworn, with all tags intact. Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return, if items appear to have been worn, heavily fragranced, missing hardware, buttons, broken seams, makeup stains, articles will be returned at customer shipping expense. Please note staff returns discretions are not limited to the above reasons. When purchasing on JamieFabulous.com you agree to this conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, JCB, Discover
TIME OF PAYMENT
Your order will be charged at the time of shipment.
If you’ve paid with Paypal or a Gift Card, the payment will go through as soon as the purchase is completed.
Some banking institutions may withhold a pre-authorization and an actual charge. This amount will automatically be deleted. If that is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank so they may expedite removal of the pre-authorization withholding amount.
REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 20 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
